What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

Jornal manager manage email templates used over the ojs work-flow.
Journal Manager can create new email templates, but who / when / how can use them??

Email templates created from scratch through the Prepared Emails interface can be used by plugins or modifications to the OJS code, or invoked manually by clicking the letter icon next to its title in the prepared emails list.
