Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

It's possible to add not registered users as a Editorial Team members.

I've created a editorial team titles, but i can't add not registered users.

Thanks,

Rafael,

A simple solution would be to register them as readers, which have only access to the published materials.

Hi Rafael,

Could you describe the problem in more detail? If there are registered users who aren't appearing in the list, make sure they're enrolled in at least one role in the current journal by choosing a role under Journal Management, clicking "Enroll Existing User" at the bottom, and finding the account.

Hi, I know, is they're registered I can add them as team members. My question is if they aren't registered. My trouble is there are a lot of Team Members and not all of them need/want to be registered. [/br] Could I add members manually without registering them in the journal/site. Thanks fellas!

Hi ata_gp,

That's currently not possible, and I suspect we probably won't change it unless we get a lot of demand, as it generally makes sense for the team to be registered in OJS. If no particular editing roles are desired, I'd suggest having your team register as Readers (taking care to disable the notification sign-ups in their profiles if they don't want to receive emails).
