Hi Alec
Recently we have enabled the automatic reminder option of our OJS installation. Besides it was very helpfull and caused lots of reviews to initiate or to complet, we noticed that it sends reminders to non-responded reviewers of previously decided (ruled) submission which is not only useless but also may cause considerable consufion and misunderstanding. Anyhow is there any urgent remedy to prevent this from happening, other than disabling the option? Currently we have to return to every declined or published submission and cancel or clear non-responded reviews, with ocasional (accidental) sending of a relatively unpleasant email to those reviewers.
