What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

Hi Bobby,
There's no restriction on what format authors can submit in. However, most reviewers, editors, etc. won't have the ability to annotate PDFs, so it's less flexible during the review and editing processes. Regardless of what format the author uses, you'll have the ability to upload different formats (e.g. Postscript, HTML) for publication under the Editor or Layout Editor's "Layout" section.
