Hi,
I saw this thread (I get the same message and the issue fails to import), however the bug fix didn't work for me (I added the suggested mod to issue.tpl as well since I'm importing an entire issue).
viewtopic.php?p=2159&
I exported an entire issue from another 2.1.0-1 site and then tried to import it onto another 2.1.0-1 site (export using OJS native format).
I'm running 2.1.0-1. Any clues?
Scott.

Hi Scott,
Are you using the command-line import tool or the web-based one? Are file uploads, a temporary storage area, and the applicable file upload and post size limits properly configured in your php.ini? If all this checks out, please attach the exact error message to a response on this thread and I'll look into it.

Hi Alec,
I'm using the web-based import. The error I was getting was "Call to member function getFilePath() on a non-object in /ojs/plugins/importexport/native/NativeImportExportPlugin.inc.php on line 137" but after I adjusted the file size upload limit that error went away. I then got a db error on the temporary_files type column being null, but Bugzilla #2251 (dropping the column) fixed that. So it now all appears to have worked and imported nicely. Thanks for all your help.
Scott.
