CrossRef XML Export Plugin

Postby bulat » Thu Apr 17, 2014 4:04 am

Recently we started using OJS (v.2.4.3) for our journal: http://bulletin.chemistry.kz
I started from uploading already published issues to system using Quick Submit Plugin. Everything works great. I use 2 languages: English and Russian

I successfully activated our DOI prefix and assigned DOIs to all articles.
However when I want to export metadata (XML) for CrossRef using plugin, I do not see any articles in "Select articles" menu. There is also nothing in "Select issues".

Did anybody have similar problems?
I tried to unpublish issues, no effect.

I spent days to find solution in help and forum, no success.

Thank you in advance!

Replaced plugin files with files from version 2.4.2 and it works. All issues and articles are seen and can be selected.
Files from 2.4.3 do not work. Very strange.

Hi bulat,

The relevant change between OJS 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 is that in OJS 2.4.3 only issues and articles with assigned DOIs are available for export. Are you sure you've got your DOIs attached properly?

Hi Alec,
DOIs are attached, I reassigned several times and it did not help.

Hi bulat,

Could you please check if there is an error in the log file? Maybe it is the same issue as this one: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=11486?

Hi, Bozana!
Thank you very much! It worked!
The problem was that in Journal Setup>Look, "Items per page" value was set to 0
