Hi there OJS users!
Something really strange has happened this morning. In the process of enrolling a user (author), my PC crashed and when I went back to re-load that user later on, according to OJS that person is already enrolled but when I logged on as the OJS Administrator and looked at all enrolled users, that person wasn't there and OJS won't allow me re-load them. It keeps coming up with the message 'already enrolled, etc.'.
OJS allowed me to log on as that user however they're not associated with any journal. It just goes to the page http://ojs.lib.swin.edu.au/index.php/index/user and gives me the option to 'Select a journal to register with'. When I select the journal that I wish to enroll this user with, I go through the same thing 'already enrolled', etc.
Hopefully someone out there has experienced the same problem and knows what to do...

Hi Helen,
Very strage; I can investigate if you're willing to send me a temporary Journal Manager account. Enrolling is a one-step process, so a computer crash part-way through the process shouldn't matter.
