PHP CLI or PHP Command Line

I have been looking for information about how to install/use "PHP CLI" or "PHP Command Line". Unfortunately I have not found specific information about this. I believe that it is a relevant issue.
What is this of PHP Command Line? Do I have to install a program? Which? where can I find it? Where can I control it from?

Hi Vikki,

The PHP command line tool is a package that is usually installed on your server along with PHP for Apache. It's probably already on your server, and is available to you if you have a shell (SSH) account. The command is just 'php'.
