I am planning to change the server where my ojs 188.8.131.52 is already installed.
I wish to install ojs 184.108.40.206 (latest version) on new server.
Kindly let me the precautionary measures related to
1. migration from old version to new version.
2. getting the backup of data(bases) and restore the same.
Any related documentation is highly appreciable.
With kind regards

Have a look at http://pkp.sfu.ca/files/docs/quickreference/quickreference.pdf
in the sections on upgrading, backup and restore. To move to a different server is the same as a backup and restore process, where you perform each part on a different server.
