We have some issues with submitting a paper. There are two people notifying us errors.
One said she submitted her paper but we could not find the attachment. She did that multiple times but it did not work.
Also, another said he submitted, but there is no record at all.
We are wondering there is some issue with the system, since the number of papers we receive this year is also fewer than we usually had.
Please help us.

My advice would be to look at your server error logs, or ask the authors to submit a new submission and carefully log the time and date so you can check to see what might be happening. Have there been any recent changes to the server? A PHP upgrade, maybe?

We have a similar problem. The user enters metadata and uploads the file, but OJS then takes them back to the submission start page and ignores the uploaded file. Any idea what could be happening? All was working fine until this event.

Check your Apache configuration to see if your maximum POST size is set too small; check also the same setting in PHP and the PHP upload file size limit. Check also the file permissions in the file upload directory.
