What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

Since our OJS system has installed the updates to 18.104.22.168 version on August 9, 2013, there has been a problem that is hard to handle with. The problem is when exporting data by DOAJ Export Plugin, we have to export the collected data of the entire journal from its very first article of the first issue to the last article of the latest issue. This differs with the previous method, when we could export the data of certain issues one by one, i.e. the Volume 1 Issue 1 and Volume 1 Issue 2 are exported as separate XML documents, whereas the present situation is one entire journal would be one XML file.
Besides, we have always been warned of the below.
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 138674176) (tried to allocate 24 bytes) in /home/domainname/public_html/lib/pkp/classes/db/DAO.inc.php on line 318
We are now wring to inquire how to solve the problem.
