What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

For the TinyMCE editor problem, there is a cached file that the editor generates in cache/ (ending in .gz) that will need to be flushed when you change domains or it'll behave as you describe.
A few settings are installed into journal setup when the journal is created, and when that happens they're generated using the current URL. If you change domains or move the site, you'll need to correct those by hand in the various pages of Journal Setup.
User sessions are cookie-based, and cookies are associated with domains; if you switch from one domain to another, the browser will not send the cookie you were using on the other domain. That's by design.
