I am using OJS 220.127.116.11. When reviewers use the review form, their responses are not recorded, nor is their recommendation for the piece ("accept," "reject," etc.). Neither I nor my IT support person can figure out how to resolve this, so I would like to hide the review form and just use the upload review option. This latter option works fine and allows reviewers to register their recommendation. I should note that on the reviewer's end, it looks to them like their text is saved in the review form, and they are able to make a recommendation. When I get the automated email notifying me that a review has been submitted, I see that the recommendation is in the email as well ("decline submission" etc.); however, when I go to the reviews section of the submission, there is no text in the review form and no record of the recommendation. Does anyone know how to make the review form not appear as an option for reviewers? Thanks for any help.

Strange; I can't duplicate that behavior here. Are there any modifications to your installation? Do you see any relevant errors in the server's PHP error log?
Can you create a test review assignment for me to try?
