What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum
. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page
or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question
, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion
subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development
Your original post is missing a bit of the error message - it does not include the name of the file that the error occurred in. Also, the comment you linked to in the bug report does have a link to a .diff file that appears to be a fix for that particular bug. Did you try applying the patch to see if it solves your problem?

Hello JasonNugent! Thank you so much for your reply and helping me. The error message is just that. I applied the patch:https://github.com/pkp/ojs/commit/53ffb ... be1e1.diff
But after that it does not show any error message but is not working at all. I dont know if the patch is just to remove the error message but nothing happens now in my project! Do you have any idea what should I do now?
