What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

Does anybody know why authors can not access to the files they submitted, and can not download or view submitted or copyedited files? I am using OJS 2.3.1.
It seems to be a permission issue. Editor or Section Editor has no problem to access to the files. I searched the support forum, but do not find any answer. Does any other users meet this problem before?
Any clue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
