An author submitted a Word file as a Submission Document (as "other" Type). When I was trying to open the file I get an error message "Unauthorized access to library file."
I checked the server and the file was submitted to the "Library" folder. All other files submitted (by other authors) as Submission File are in the "monographs" folder and I can open them. It's the file that is in the "library" folder I can't open.

Hi Corey,
It sounds like the author uploaded the file to the wrong part of the submission process. The 'library' files are for things like contracts, permissions documents, and templates for the submission. They should have added it to the submission files grid instead.
Still, can I find out what role you were trying to access the library file as? It may be a bug in any case, as certain roles should have access to the library files grid for submissions.
