What to do if you have a technical problem with OMP:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our
Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we
especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the
OMP Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the
OMP Development subforum.

OMP automatically redirects to Presses page on first admin login.
When we try to add new press, clicking the button, the browser returns the above msgbox.
I am working on IIS and I've tried Firefox, IExplorer, and Chrome.
Does anybody know what could the problem be?

Sorry but the problem remains.
I made the changes directly at code for each patch, since I do not found the installation files.
During the OMP installation, I allways received a timeout error from IIS.
That was an recurrent error, that there is no table presses at OMP schema.
So I decided to install by command prompt [php...]
It works, but now I can't by pass this error.

Hi bufoni,
Using either Firebug for Firefox or Chrome's Web Developer tools, can you determine what OMP is serving up for the subrequest that your browser is calling invalid? (It's possible that an error message is being dropped into the response; this error message might also be showing up in your logs, and would be helpful to debug.) What version of PHP are you using?
