Adding an internal reviewer that was deleted before

Postby stefan » Mon Jun 03, 2013 6:28 am

Hi,

I added an internal reviewer and deleted it immediately. Then I wanted to add it again and the system hung.

Anything I can do about this?

Thanks!

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Was there any error in your PHP or web server log when the problem happened?

Regards,
Jason

Just saw your reply:

[03-Jun-2013 18:15:29] omp: DB Error: Duplicate entry '17-2' for key 'user_user_groups_pkey'

Does this mean anything to you?

Best

Hi Stefan,

Sorry for only seeing this now -- duplicate key errors occur when the database server tries to insert a record twice and there is a constraint that is going to be violated. The user_user_groups table maps users to user_groups, and it looks like a user was going to be added to the same group twice. I'll have a look at the code that removes a reviewer -- it may not be cleaning up the user_user_groups assignment correctly.

Regards,
Jason
