Meta Tags

I've been trying to modify the record templates so that they display some type of meta title and description, but I can't seem to find where to edit the code.

At this point every link on Google displays our record page titles as "Record Details" and it doesn't give Google any explanation as to what the page is. Is there a way to set the met tag information within the smarty templates?

Right now Google has indexed hundreds of pages with the following meta tag info:

   <meta name="description" content="" />
   <meta name="keywords" content="" />


Is there anyway to populate these tags with variables pulled from the record?
