METS plugin for PKP Harvester?

Postby mgoetze » Wed Mar 03, 2010 7:37 am

Dear all,
we need a METS plugin for the PKP Harvester for harvesting data in the METS/MODS metadata schema and before starting from scratch I was wondering whether there is one around... -- from which we could start adapting it to our needs.
Many greetings,

maybe I did not understand your needs or your question, but it seems what you're asking for already exists: in admin interface (site administration) > site management > crosswalk > choose METS format.

I hope it's the good answer for the good question,

Hi all

I was looking for this crosswalk plugin in 2.3 version and is not there.
Should I look in previous versions? Only have Dublin Core, ETD-MS, MODS & MARC. I need METS to harvest DSpace and show thumbnails

Hi all,

There is currently no METS plugin shipped with OHS; it may be that a third-party user has created one, but we're not aware of it. All metadata formats are implemented as plugins; see plugins/schemas.
