Would you tell me about the error message when trying to ingest oai repository:

Errors occurred processing this form:
* The specified OAI URL is not valid. Please check the URL and try again.

I use ResCarta data provider software, MarcXchange format for data records.
If the information is uncomplete will you tell me what additional facts I need to inform you.

Warning messages in the PKP Harvester are:
Warning: fopen( [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/sergei/harvester/classes/file/FileWrapper.inc.php on line 68

Hi human,

The problem is just what it says -- it looks from the error message you included like you're getting a 404 error for that URL, which is a page not found. You should see the same error if you go directly to that URL from the machine your Harvester install is on (e.g. using a web browser).
