Harvest OJS2 problem - URL is Invalid

Here's our setup...

One server containing apache 1.3.37 with php 4.4.4 and mysql 5.0.33

In addition ojs-2.1.1 and harvester 2.0.1 with the OJS Reading tools patch and Harvester Smarty Patch.

http://servername.fqdn/ojs/ to get to journals
http://servername.fqdn/harvester/ to get to harvester

The harvester site will not harvest the OJS 2.x site although has no problem harvesting other of our OAI 2.x sites (Eprints, ETD, DLXS, etc.)

The harvester says the "the specified OAI URL is not valid. Please check the URL and try again." even thought OJS says the OAI URL should be:
http://servername.fqdn/ojs/index.php/journalname/oai
and the Site URL should be:
http://servername.fqdn/ojs/index.php/journalname

What am I doing wrong here?

BTW since we have a couple journals under the same ojs will the harvester allow multiple instances of the same http://servername.fqdn/ or do I have to use multiple servernames?

Never mind. I found that the server needs access to itself.

We had restricted the site via httpd.conf but did not include the servers own address to allow some commands such as 'Fetch archive metadata' as well as any other code to talk directly to it self.

In short make sure server has access to self in httpd.conf when the data you want to harvest is on the same system as the harvester.
