items_per_page

Hi,

by browsing an archive i can see only one (1) item, alltough :
items_per_page = 25
in config.inc.php

I also can see only one (1) archive in the archive-list .

I use SUSE 10.1, Apache 2.2.0, MySQL 5.0.18, PHP 5.1.2

Hi Gerri,

This is a Smarty bug that affects the most recent releases of PHP; apply the patch at http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2393. (If you'd like instructions for patching, let me know.)

How to install the patch??

Hi, I have the same problem written above.
I'm using Windows XP, with PHP 5

What I have to do to install the patch?

Hi prcgian,

Here are patching instructions for Windows machines. You'll probably need to download and install a GNU-compatible patch tool, such as the one available at http://unxutils.sourceforge.net. Once you've done so:
  • Save the patch to the OJS installation directory
  • Open up a command line
  • cd \path\to\ojs\installation
  • \path\to\patch -p0 --dry-run < patch_filename_here
  • You can now delete the patch file.
The --dry-run option will cause the patch tool to stop short of actually modifying files; look over the output for error messages, and if everything looks OK, do it again without the --dry-run option.

These instructions are untested, as I haven't used the patch tool on a Windows platform, but they should be OK.
