I am pleased to announce this forum section for all those people, from the above countries who are interested to collaborate and exchange ideas and experiences, with a regional perspective.

The Greek National Documentation Center(Ethniko Kentro Tekmiriosis - ΕΚΤ), the Greek national infrastructure for scientific documentation, online information and support services on research, science and technology and has bee the founding member of the PKP- European Network from this region.

We invite you to also consider participating in the Network: discussing common issues of the users, suggestions for joint-funding proposals, opportunities for collaborative software development, sharing experiences of best practices developed in the implementation of local projects and initiatives.

PKP will look to the regional European Network as the representative of an important sector of its software user base, and take careful consideration of its expressed needs as part of the ongoing development of the applications.
