Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development subforum.

Upload Header Image Fail

Postby waluyo » Tue Mar 12, 2013 1:01 am

Previously I have defined an image for the conference header.
Since I want to change the new image, then I delete.
Now I cannot upload any image file, always
Code: Select all
Errors occurred processing this form:
Invalid homepage header title image format or upload failed. Accepted formats are .gif, .jpg, or .png.

I am really confused I have deleted the header, but I cannot replace the new one.
How can I solve this problem?

Oh.. I am sorry, just found the solution.
http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=9456&p=36651&hilit=mime_magic#p36651

for OCS, /ocs/lib/pkp/classes/core/String.inc.php
changed:
from
Code: Select all
if (function_exists('mime_content_type')) {

to
Code: Select all
if (false && function_exists('mime_content_type')) {

then, I can upload image file again.
