What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.
3. Post a question

subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development
We're having a problem in that we have many spam users enrolled -- about 15,000 -- and have already identified Captcha as a solution, but is there a way to delete the thousands of already-subscribed spam accounts? We would like to get rid of them, even if it means having to re-enter legitimate readers and editors.
