We are having an ongoing problem with IE7 users not being able to log into OCS - they are being recycled back to the login page with no error message.
I understand that IE7 is not a modern browser and support of IE7 is limited to non-existent, but it is surprising how many people in organizations are using older computers without a modern browser, especially in universities. According to our analytics, 20% of IE users are using IE7 (of 52% of total visitors using IE). That's still 10% of our users, and that's creating helpdesk issues.
I have searched the help forums for solutions, and I've implemented solutions found here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4342
, but that hasn't solved anything yet.
