Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our
Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we
especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the
OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the
OCS Development subforum.

OCS installation 2.3.3.1
Process utilised: The abstract gets reviewed, and the director send invitation to author to submit poster. The poster is then submitted by the author and at the last step the author click on button 'Finish Submission'.
Problem experienced: An email gets send to the author acknowledging that the paper has been received but that email is not 'cc to the Director. So the director never knows when the paper has been submitted unless he/she goes into the system to check.
Is this a mail problem? Your kind assistance will be appreciated.
Kind regards, Trudie

Hi Trudie,
Thanks for the detailed information! This has been addressed as an issue already in OJS (see
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=6791) and I have flagged it as something to correct in OCS as well. Please feel free to CC yourself to that bug report for future updates.
Cheers,
James
