Track Directors can't Complete submissions

Banging my head against the wall with this one... I'm setting up OCS to accept abstracts only; Track Directors will read the abstracts and make decisions. (Similar set up as the OCS Quick Guide For One Time Events.) Everything's working hunky-dory until the Track Director clicks "Complete" to move the submission to the list of Accepted Presentations -- they get a 404/Page not found error. (The site is trying to access [sched. conference URL]/trackDirector/submissions/submissionsAccepted.)

The Complete function does actually work -- if you use the back button to get back to submission page, Complete is greyed out and Remove is activated. If you click on Remove, you get a 404 error as well. I can't figure out why it's showing the 404 and not the accepted presentations list.

If a Director (as opposed to a Track Director) does the same thing, though, it works fine. After clicking Complete, they get redirected to the list of accepted presentations.

I'm running OCS 2.3.3.1, tho' I had the same problem before I upgraded.
