What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum
. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page
or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.
3. Post a question
, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OCS Conference Support and Discussion
subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development
I just upgrade the Ocs to the 2.3.2 version using the full package. I had had some problems, but I could solve them in this forum. Now I have an other problem that I can´t solve. When I try to edit any static page that I had in the old version, this doesn´t save the "path" that it had. And when I read it again and save the changes, the path disappear, and I can´t see the page, because it doesn´t have a path. Any suggestion??

Can you give us more detail on your setup:
-- which version you updated from;
-- which version of the plugin you were previously using (ie. did you download it from the plugin gallery)
-- whether you are using any sort of URL rewriting;
-- and if possible, give us an example of a path you were using.

Make sure you do not use any spaces or any other non-url-friendly characters in the path you use to create the page.

We fixed it but I will ask my "tech saviour" to post how he did it.
