What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

I have created a new email template for my conference. How can I send it to a group of users?
When I select users in a given role within a conference, I can send them an email, but then I'd have to write it all. My idea was to load an email template in that screen.

Assuming you mean a mass mail, you can leverage the 'notify users' function for this (which you can get to by logging in as a director), and just create/modify the PUBLISH_NOTIFY mail template with your new mail template.
