What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our
Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we
especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the
OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the
OCS Development subforum.

Hi all. I have OCS
the director has decided to set the review process for reviewers in this way:
- point 3 of review steps: they do not need to leave any comment but can proceed directly to point 5.
- point 5 of review steps: they should be able to choose among these options: Reject / On hold / Accept
Therefore my question is
1) how do i let the point five to be working without fulfilling point3?
2) how do i change the menu of choices?
Many thanks for helping me with this.

Hi Matnet,
To do this you'll have to make some extensive code modifications, both to the template file that creates the review page, but also to the underlying class files. Do you have development experience at hand? If so, I'd suggest looking at how the page is created in templates/review/submission.tpl, and let us know if you need any pointers.
Cheers,
James
