Install New Payment Plugin

So, I get my plugin gzipped and I go to Plugin Management > Install A New Plugin. Choose the file and when I click on upload, I get this error:

Errors occurred processing this form:
Plugin was not successfully copied

I see that it actually got uploaded and gunzipped into my ocs_files directory, but that's as far as it got.

Also, I thought that I remembered seeing a page somewhere on the PKP site that gave instructions for creating a new plugin. However, I wasn't able to find such a page today.

Help please.

Ok, I got rid of the blank page. Checked my error_log (probably should've done this before posting...) and I saw that there was an error including PluginNamePlugin.inc.php and I realized that that file was still named ManualPaymentPlugin.inc.php (since I copied the Manual Payment plugin).

Also, I found the page that I was looking for, only it wasn't what I was looking for. It is this Wiki page that describes how to create a new block plugin:

Is everything ok here, then? And a quick note: Mahmoud Saghaei has created a useful plugin builder app that he has shared with the community here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4783. It may be of use when creating a plugin from scratch.
