Hi Alec,
after upgrading to ocs 2.3, the automate email messages are empty. (when user register, when a paper is submitted, etc ...)
In the data base the email_templates = 0, email_templates_data = 0, email_templates_default = 35, email_templates_default_data = 46
In the old data base the situation was: email_templates = 0, email_templates_data = 0, email_templates_default = 32, email_templates_default_data = 182

Hi Ionut,
You're getting a lot of errors in your error long which leads me to think that your upgrade didn't go so smoothly. What method did you use to upgrade, and which version did you upgrade from? Are you seeing any errors elsewhere in your system?
