Delete submission problem

Postby ponsfrilus » Wed Dec 02, 2009 8:21 am

Hi there,
I'm using OCS and I have got the delete submission problem. I found patches on bugzilla but they don't seems to work. Can someone tell me which is the right patch I have to use to correct this bug?

Thanks a lot!

Hi ponsfrilus,

Can you point to the bug report, and tell us if you've had any success applying the patches/what you've done to apply them?

Hi jmacgreg,
I follow instructions on related post: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4962 and viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3826 .

I see bugfixes http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3815 and http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4692

I think I tried http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=1744 but it was not compatible with "Open Conference Systems". Some fixes works and I let them (as the untitle abstract is now named UNTITLED so you can have the edit link on it) but removing submission was not fixed.

I think it's not really important but some user ask me to remove some of their uncomplete submission. I'm sure I can fix it by myself but time is missing. I probally better have to upgrade OCS to 2.2 or 2.3 but I'm not sure is a safe process on a running environment.

All comments are welcome!
