Payment Plugins

Postby tshore » Thu Oct 22, 2009 10:18 pm

I need to write a payment plugin - unfortunately. I was hoping to find a how-to guide on the PKP website, but I didn't have any luck. I will take any and all advice on this topic. I don't have time for this, but my client is obligated to use their university's payment gateway = http://www.e-xact.com/. I haven't even heard of this company. Should I start with a copy of the PayPal plugin? Or should I use one of the existing payment plugins (ie. Moneris) and go from there? I should mention that I am using the latest version of OCS = 2.1.2.

Hi Trudy,

There's a thread regarding the differences between Paypal and Moneris payment handling here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4707. It might be of help; let us know if you need any other pointers.

Cheers,
James
