Review Forms link causes DB Error: Unknown Column

What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

Review Forms link causes DB Error: Unknown Column

Hi,

This is a basic one I can't seem to solve, When you click on Conference Administration > Review Forms the following error appears:

DB Error: Unknown column 'rac.review_form_id' in 'on clause'


From what I can see it's a DB issue, but I can't find what the exact issue is. I plan on upgrading to the latest version tomorrow (currently running 2.1.1.2) but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Hi jhayward,

I haven't heard of this particular problem--Did you upgrade to 2.1.1.2? Did your most recent upgrade solve the problem?
