Spanish locales - incomplete

Postby Charles.Vincent » Wed Oct 29, 2008 6:53 am

we're setting a conference which will be administered in three different languages: English, Portuguese (BR) and Spanish.

Both the Portuguese locale and the Spanish one have many inconcistencies and, while we are handling the Portuguese with easy, the Spanish one has so many lacking entries that we just though if someone else has already revised it.

Thanks a lot,

Hi Charles,

You can find more information on both the Spanish and Portuguese translations here: http://pkp.sfu.ca/ocs-languages. Each locale has its own page, with contributor contact information. Also, if you are using OCS 2.1+, you can use the packaged Translator plugin to complete translations -- it will check locale files for you, and present you with anything that still needs to be filled out. More information is available at http://pkp.sfu.ca/files/docs/translating.

If you do complete either translation to your satisfaction, please consider contributing these back to the project -- this important contribution would be very much appreciated.

I'm not the system admin and don't have full access!
Anyhow, if I succeed performing the full translations, I'll certainly give it back!
