I am using ocs 2.1.0 . in this conference registration page workshop participant don't get any confirmation email. even conference manager, not get any mail about those are registered with in this workshop. what to do?

workshop is only invited persons can submitted papers / presentation. other registration participant don't allow submission.
in this type workshop. how to set in ocs 2.1.0. please guide me.

Hi Nageswaran,

You may be having problems with your mail server: has the system been able to send out other types of emails?

Hello!

I have a little doubt in this Issue.

Does the OCS 2.1 have a confirmation mail for those registered users who has paid their subscriptions?

registrated participation and registration manager get confirmation mail. how to stop submissions. let me know.

Hi both,

@mendesrocha: OCS 2.1 allows Conference Managers to send a confirmation email when they have registered a user as a paid participant in a scheduled conference.

@nagesh: do you want to stop users from being able to submit, or to stop users from receiving a notification of submission?
