What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

I have set the value of e-mail address for item "Submission Notification" in "Scheduled Conference Setup - Step 2.1 Submission Process". When author submit paper to OCS, an acknowledgement email can be sent to author. However, copies of acknowledgement email can not be sent to the conference's primary contact or a specific e-mail that I have set. When I check the value of column "cc_recipients" in table "paper_email_log", I found its value is NULL in this "Submission Notification" e-mail.
Please help me to solve this problem. Very thanks.

This looks like a bug to me; I'll post it to Bugzilla and get back to you with the bug # so that you can track it. Thanks for the detail provided.
