Hi -
If we set the date for "Submissions closed" as 1 February 2008, does that mean that people can submit abstracts on the 1st, and submission will close at 11:59pm on the 1st? Or does it mean that no one can submit proposals on the 1st?

Hi erinzylstra,
If you set the submission close date on Feb. 01 2008, the submission process will close as soon as it becomes Feb 01. 2008 -- authors will not be able to submit on that day.
