Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development subforum.

Hi,
I was trying to find the way to replace the paper file. Edit metadata doesn't allow me to do that. Please help. Thank you very much.

Hi patrarin,

To replace a paper file, you must first log in as a Director or Track Director.

For papers that have not been completed and added to the list of completed submissions go to your Submissions queue, and click on the In Review link. You'll be presented with a list of presentations in review. Click on the title name of the presentation you wish to edit, and upload a galley file under Layout.

For papers that have already been completed, you can go to your Submissions queue, and click on the Presentations link, where you will be presented with a list of already-completed (ie., published) presentations. Click on the title name of the presentation you wish to edit. You'll see that under Layout you can edit or delete an already-uploaded file; you can also upload a new, or additional files as well.

Cheers,
James
