What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

Open Conference 2.0 Login Failed

I have installed OCS 2.0 and when I tried to login to the system it redirects me to the same login page...

Hi meicecc,
can you provide any more detail on the installation process -- did it say the installation completed successfully? Can you access other parts of your conference website?

Hi James,
Yes the installation completed successfully and I can access other parts of the conference website but I cant login to the system.

When I try to login I get redirected to the login page!
I set the session_check_ip off but still didn't work.

I tried to locate the following files but couldn't locate them!
admin/include/cookie.inc.php
include/cookie.inc.php
where can I find the admin folder? I looked for it but it's not in the OCS folder...

So here's a couple of more pages you might find useful:

Again, some of these are pretty old. But from most of them, it seems like it's either a windows server issue or a bad / buggy version of Zend Optimizer or PHP. Can you give me more information on your server configuration, and also have you checked you error logs to see what errors are happening?

I am using a hosted server and I have contacted their customer support team to solve the problem and waiting for their answer!
Could the problem be using an external mysql server?
