Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development subforum.

adding link

we would like to add links on the presentations page. ideally, the links should appear next to the author's name and next to the abstract link that viewers click to open the abstract. this link will be to launch a new browser window which contains an adobe presenter presentation of that abstract. to have the link to the abstract page next to the link for the adobe presenter page is what we're after. i haven't found a way to create and have this link appear in that spot.

any suggestions?

I forgot to mention that in an ideal situation, the authors themselves should be the ones who submit this link during the abstract submission process. then, that link (which would ideally be titled "webcast") appears there next to the link for the corresponding abstract.

i hope this makes sense

Hi Paul,

At the bottom of the submission's Review page for a completed submission, you should see a Layout section where you're able to upload Galleys. As Director, you should be able to use this section to upload the presentation in whatever combination of formats you like.
