Hi Alec,
Is there a way for presentations to be downloadable in OCS after all reviews are completed and Track Directors accept submissions? In my case, only the names of accepted presentations are shown, but they are not downloadable/viewable. I have activated Reading Tools but it did not work.

Hi Alec,
In order to solve my problem, should Track Director need to do something with Layout section and Galley Format under the Review tab in his account? When I try that, there appears a link on the presentations page called "PDF" that I defined as a label using Galleys. When I click on it, however, I get a message saying that download will begin in a second but nothing happens. My question is this: does Track Director need to upload a new file that to apear on the Presentations page? Can't we just use the submitted/accepted proposal for that purpose?

There should be a "Complete" button at the bottom of the review page for completed papers that have been accepted for the conference. That button turns the submission into a file that is available for download. An alternative is to upload a file manually as a galley as you describe, which should make it available for download as well -- but it sounds like that's not working for some reason. (Perhaps file permissions?)
