It's important to me, because our practics is to make a conference journal containing all papers.

What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

Uploading Word docs

As I understand it, you need to have MSWordView installed on your server. The link to VMWare in the OCS setup is not correct and the software now appears to be called wv. It seems to have moved to Sourceforce, and you might like to have a look here http://wvware.sourceforge.net/. I haven't installed and run with this as yet as HTML works just as well for my purposes.
