What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:1.

I went here:
http://pkp.sfu.ca/theme-gallery
and replaced the common.css file for another css found at theme gallery
but the theme still the same
Even if I delete all the content on common.css and all the cache files, nothing happens

I tried crtl+F5
I could change the theme clicking at the small font size and then reload
