I created another folder and XML file called pt_BR and changed only this:
<locale name="pt_BR" full_name="Português do Brasil">
But the pt_BR option does not appear in the locale options
This happens with harvester too.

Hi ozp,
Have you gone into the Site Administrator's "Languages" page and installed and enabled the new locale there?
