What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.

I'm currently busy importing back issues for the journals we host. I used simple xml import. We recently upgraded OJS to OJS 18.104.22.168, now we get a blank page after uploading or 1 article in the issues goes through with article/issue plugin.
I have validated the xml's to no avail. Our System admin have applied patches and still nothing. Can anyone give me guidance?

Blank pages are usually the result of a PHP error, and they usually leave error messages in the various system logs for Apache or PHP. Can you check?
