I've been experiencing problems with mailing the Submission Acknowledgment e-mail.
When a user submits a new Abstract, instead of Acknowledgment email (from the template), he gets a blank email with conference footer and "[conference_name]Array" as a subject.
I have two conferences running in the system now (each with one scheduled conference). I have to point out that emails worked fine for the first conference in the system, but it stopped working either after an upgrade from OCS 2.3.3-1 to 2.3.5 (via patch) or when i recently created a new conference in the system (i don't know which event triggered it since I didn't check the email function in between them).
Also, when sending other e-mails the system works fine (password resets, new user notifications etc.)

I found a bug fix for OJS for an identical problem here: http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7763
Tried to apply it to OCS, but it didn't work.
